| Hey guys! I don't really have anything new or exciting to say, but my last entry was kind of a downer, so I thought I needed to put something new. Let me just say how much I absolutely love my kids at school. They are what I look forward to every single day. It's such a blessing to be able to enjoy and truly love my job. I know so many people who hate or don't care about their jobs and that's not even possible for me to imagine. So anyways, all of my youth & college "kids" start praying now for wisdom and discernment for your job in the future. I get to sing at Catalyst tomorrow. Yay!! I wish I could put a picture of me & my crew at Halloween. I was a GANGSTA if you can imagine. I don't know how to put pictures on here and I haven't really taken the time to figure it out, but anyways, we were hilarious!! 5 of the prissiest, girliest girls all decked out in our street wear! Anyways, I guess that's all for now. Love you guys!!

| I HAVE HAD IT. I am SOOOO done. You would think when you're 27 years old you would know how to stop having your heart broken. That's enough negativity for one day...
My week is going ok so far. School is fine. Church is fine. Friends are fine. I've been in a "everything's fine" rut for a while now. I really wish God would throw something in the mix that would really shake things up. Nothing's really "bad", but there's nothing I'm excited about. I got to see Leah, Mere, Leslie & some of my other girls on Sunday. That made me smile. Congratulations to Brian & Karen. Soooooo precious. I don't really have anything else to say. Just needed to vent a little.
Hope everyone's having a better day than I am. Next time I'll try to sound more mature and more "older & wiser."

| Hey guys! Well, school has started. My little 3rd graders are slooooowly getting back in the hang of being at school. I don't really have anything exciting to say, just wanted to update and say hello to all of you. I hope everyone is doing GREAT!! Drop me some hello's!! Love ya'll! | | |
| Oh my gosh. Mexico was so amazing. I have been looking forward to this trip all summer. I was really hoping this trip would be something unique to me instead of just another year, another mission trip. My team was probably one of the best I've ever had in the sense that everyone worked together and had great attitudes. (If you've been in my group before, I don't mean anything negative by that!!) I was so proud of all my kiddos. I loved watching you serve whole heartedly and just pouring yourselves into those kids for hours each day. God definitely stretched me and used me and tested my patience. Honestly I wasn't ready to come home. I have alot of "distractions"...aka "drama"...going on here lately and I just wasn't looking forward to getting back in the middle of things. BUT I know God has a purpose for me here just like He does in Mexico. I just have such a heart for those kids and that culture. (I guess that explains my being a bilingual teacher, huh?) Thank you to all who went and for your effort. Thank you to those of you who stayed at home and prayed for us. I'm going to bed now, but leave me some love! :) | | |
| So...camp was so fun!! I was really ready for it since I had to miss Colorado last year. I had one of the best small groups I've ever had, and I've done this a LOOOONG time. I was so proud to see so many of "my kids" being leaders and serving the Lord like that. I met so many fun new people and I was glad to spend time with old friends as well. Clayton was awesome, and of course Joel was too. I hope the passion doesn't die even when the "camp high" fades away. I missed Meredith, Caroline, and the rest of my Rockwall cheerleaders!! Hope ya'll had fun as well. See ya in church!! Love you! | | |
